Listen, if you want to talk about addiction, I am truly the definition of a recovering house flipper. I've successfully flipped 650+ single-family homes across various states from 2011 to 2022, in the Seattle/Tacoma market. As of 2023, I am actively involved in purchasing single-family properties in three different out-of-state markets. Throughout my real estate journey, my internal team has never exceeded six members, maintaining an average of four individuals for the majority of my career, showcasing my proficiency in minimizing overhead.Â
